Q: Is it not simpler to use a CC license?
A: Yes but just like I like my work to be protected I want users who use my assets for their work to be protected, CC licenses do not provide that protection and remove it by restricting the user to place a "no edit" restriction in their work and allowing others to take apart, dismantle, edit, transform, etc the users work.
Q: Is this license valid since it's custom made?
A: Yes it's valid since my works are under the copyright laws of the united states, as stated in the law I own the copyright to my work for 50 years from the moment of creation, this allows me to place any license I desire to my works, this includes custom ones and they are equally as binding as CC licenses.
Q: I want to use ____ Asset on ____ project, how can I be sure if I can use it?
A: You can contact me and ask me directly and I can let you know.
Q: I want to use ____Asset for something that breaks the license, can I contact you for permission?
A: Yes you can contact me however you must fully be aware I may not give permission depending on what it is or I would ask for payment depending on what it is you would like to do.
Q: I want to use this for a game and/or for a video game company do we have to give you compensation?
A: That would de entirely up to you, all I ask is for credit, if you truly want to pay for the asset you can donate to the site on my ko-fi account or sign up to my $1 tier on my Patreon.
Q: Why can't we use the assets of this site with some sites and/or users?
A: Some sites may promote and/or do bad stuff and some users from certain websites have broken licenses, stolen, promoted racism, etc and I don't want my stuff to be used or associated with them.
